      麥爾于1995年開始研究開發(fā)蒸汽掛燙機(jī)產(chǎn)品，1996年籌備生產(chǎn)和檢測(cè)設(shè)備，1996年底實(shí)行掛燙機(jī)試產(chǎn)，1997年麥爾生產(chǎn)的蒸汽掛燙機(jī)在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)試銷，1998年在中國(guó)佛山市注冊(cè)成立生產(chǎn)銷售熨燙機(jī)及家用電器公司，注冊(cè)性質(zhì)為全資民營(yíng)企業(yè)，注冊(cè)資金為1080萬。1999年購(gòu)置了地皮并建造了現(xiàn)代化廠房和辦公大樓，2002年獲得了進(jìn)出口權(quán)。
